I would love to come back here anytime; we had a great time during our stay, the rooms are air-conditioned, and the breakfast was good quality.

Location of the hotel

Very poor breakfasts. The veranda, where breakfasts are held, requires major repairs. Very uncomfortable!

Great breakfast, good location. Big rooms.

We booked an inexpensive double room that at no time said it was going to be in an annex of the hotel. We were surprised when we were taken to an annex where the room was located and to get there we had to go through three doors in a not very nice building. Faced with this situation, we informed the staff that we did not think it was appropriate for them not to inform us of this when we booked a room because we had to leave the building and go to another one, where the hotel was, for breakfast. The very friendly staff offered us alternatives, we did not take any because we only stayed two nights. We were also very upset about the annex and being told that it was not an annex (even though it was in another building) and that we were on the first floor. On the other hand, they took our bags down through a window to the other building. . beyond that the hotel very well, I would even go back to the annex because it was very comfortable, but it would be good if they would inform the guest better about what he is booking.

The location is good, very close to the square. San Marcos is located in one of the narrow streets at the beginning of the square, which happens to be a little difficult to find. The complete breakfast, with a little of everything, bread, sausages, yogurts, played, croissants, cookies, jams, butter and cake, fruit cocktail. The cleaning was good, the sheets and towels were great. The beds are a bit small, not 90 cm, but like all the hotels I went to in Italy. It has a large flight of stairs to reach the reception, and breakfast had to go up another floor, located on a small terrace. The staff was nice and explained to us what we asked for. On the day of departure they put a bag with our breakfast because we left at 7 in the morning. We stayed 3 nights. At the entrance of the hotel there is a place with ice cream, beer, juice and soft drinks quite cheap. Beers 1,50 euro, juices 1 euro.

room's too small to be a triple. There were two beds attached and one in front, all the rest was tiny. wifi was broken. There are only a few plugs, exactly 3, one of them didn't work and other one in the bathroom, thank goodness it had an adapter for three.

The room here is well-organized and beautifully maintained, the bathroom is a nice size with a bath, and the service is very good.

The reception staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The rooms are newly decorated and perfect for a romantic getaway. The beds are spotlessly clean and the facilities are very comfortable.

Good location you can reach all sight-seeing by walk and not far from train station, friendly staff, clean. All you need is in room. Hotel is on the 2 flor no elevator.

Poor breakfast but it is typical for Italy

The family rooms were excellent with a seperate bedroom with 2 full size single beds. The decor of not only the rooms but the whole hotel was lovely. My daughter is a coeliac and they had a section with gluten free food for breakfast which was a great surprise. Lastly the staff were excellent and couldn't do enough to help us enjoy our stay in Pisa.

Great central location, fantastic staff, everything was perfect, and we had a particularly nice view of the city from our room.

Had a cozy room with a classic Venetian style that had everything I needed for a great stay. The staff were super chill and the breakfast was amazing, with fresh warm croissants and delicious meats to start the day right! 🥐

The rooms are nicely styled with modern bathrooms, and they offer early check-in and good service.
